The mission of a mental health advocate is to provide supportive work that helps mitigate the societal stigma associated with mental health. The aim is to inspire people to live a life that is authentic and fulfilling. This is accomplished by providing safe spaces that encourage meaningful dialogue supported by strategies for effective mental health management.
Working collaboratively with clients helps them to identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. Managing mental health is also a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their inner world.
